
DeFlocked launched worldwide with much fanfare on May 5, 2008. It runs in newspapers all over North America, and is partnered with the two million-member-strong organization, PETA. Each and every day, new fans are discovering the strip and happily joining the flock. But we're still young. We need to grow much much bigger and reach many more people.
Now YOU can have a direct impact on DeFlocked's outreach! If your newspaper doesn't carry DeFlocked, it's because no one has told them about it yet. You can change that. Editors truly want to hear from their readers about their likes and dislikes regarding their newspaper's offerings. If you love DeFlocked's sense of humor, and you'd like to read it every day in your local daily, please contact your newspaper's editor and ask them to add it to their comics pages. It takes less than a minute and it carries a lot of weight.
You can easily find your editor's email/phone # on the inside first or second page of your paper, or in the "contact us" section on your paper's website. Or, just shoot us a line and we'll get you the correct person to contact.
Be sure to include your name and phone # in your email (and/or hometown), so the editors know you live within their paper's circulation area. And just honestly tell them why you like DeFlocked and why you think it would benefit their comics lineup. They really do appreciate the feedback. And it helps us to reach so many more readers.
